Our team of experienced professionals has taken the time to answer some of our most frequently asked questions for your convenience.
What should I expect when you arrive?
We will arrive at your home we will be equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home. If a dumpster is needed for the project, it may arrive before we do. In this case, we would have discussed this with you and allocated a location for the dumpster to be placed.
Do I need to be here when you arrive?
It's not necessary for you, a family member or co-worker to be present while we work. As long as we can gain access to the home or business, we'll provide the agreed upon services in a timely and efficient manner.
Do you furnish the cleaning supplies?
Yes, everything we need for the job, we will provide.
Are you insured?
Yes, our company is fully insured with liability, workers compensation and auto insurance. You may request a copy of our certificate of insurance (COI)
Will you dispose of large furniture pieces?
Yes, we will dispose of anything in the residence that we are unable to properly clean or disinfect or that is otherwise inoperative or beyond repair. We will discuss the disposal of such items during the initial service setup and agreement.
What is your service area?
We provide biohazard remediation services to the entire State of New Jersey. Hoarding cleanup services are provided in New Jersey and adjacent states. The service area for other types of services we provide is handled on a case-by-case basis.
Does your company work on weekends?
If the nature of the job requires us to provide service on the weekends, we will. However, in most situations, we prefer to schedule service between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
What if something’s damaged during a service?
Our team photographs everything throughout the cleaning or remediation process. If an item was damaged, we will conduct a full investigation. If we find that the item was damaged due to our neglect or carelessness, we will do everything in our power to provide fair compensation for the item in question.
